ABOUT OASES AVIATION SOFTWARE

50 years of innovation and expertise

We are committed to helping customers realise the benefits that come from digitising processes in the areas of MRO efficiency and logistics, compliance, safety, and financial management.
To do this, we create software that links every stage of continuing airworthiness, planning, production, line maintenance, material management, commercial and warranty management.
We believe that in linking people, the true value of software comes to life; mobile accessibility that drives actions, informs decisions, delivers the right information at the right time, and ensures robust audit trails at every step to guide and reinforce compliance actions.

OUR CUSTOMERS

We enable our customers to confidently serve their customers.
OASES users globally include 130 aviation organisations; national carriers, large third-party maintenance providers, and independent operators. Each customer operates in a highly regulated environment, where the complexity of multiple challenges is a challenge in itself.
Our job is to simplify the planning, control and monitoring of MRO operations by enabling the rapid adoption of paperless processes and digital efficiencies.
In so doing, we connect logistics teams and engineers: End-to-end, office to hangar, service to billing, works order to completion, and every interaction in between.

PROTECTING YOUR DATA

OASES was built with security in mind – after all, aviation data is a valuable asset and could be the difference between a flight leaving on time, or not at all.
To protect customer data, OASES is protected by the latest in industry-standard encryption and protections, including TLS 1.3.
VPN protections are used during data transmission to further protect information, while SSO and password expiration policies ensure easy, secure access to the system.
OASES also employs a modern infrastructure, fully deployed in AWS Cloud. This infrastructure makes the system flexible and secure, and means newer security standards can be deployed quickly, when they become available.
In the unlikely event of a system outage, OASES features various backup and redundancy safeguards, designed to get customers back up and running quickly. Furthermore, the Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery process ensures that the system creates persistent backups, which are updated as OASES is used so, in the event of an outage, customers on the latest version experience no data loss.

Another key way we ensure security in our operations is to use globally recognised solutions internally. As such, we have implemented various software and services within our systems and processes, including monday.com, Metabase, TS Plus, OpenAl, Oracle and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

IN THE INDUSTRY

A large proportion of our team have backgrounds in aviation, giving us the insight to understand not just the logic of solving operational problems, but also the context in which they arise:

A BIGGER VISION

In 2019, OASES was acquired by the Valsoft Corporation. This acquisition allowed us to take the best of our heritage and roots in the aviation industry and pair it with a renewed focus on innovation.
Since the acquisition, OASES has undergone a complete corporate rebrand and invested heavily in new technologies and talent.
Valsoft has been leading the charge in implementing many new processes and technologies across the portfolio of companies. Most notably, Articifial Intelligence and Machine Learning are a particular focus and, as such, OASES are working hard on implementing new and exciting AI initiatives in forthcoming releases.
