RESOURCE PLANNING AND LABOUR TRACKING
Resource allocation becomes seamless, enabling you to easily identify labour/ capacity shortages and manage across different locations. OASES Base Maintenance collates all labour expended or committed and provides a real-time view of works order status. The system supports separation of inspection, and labour hour estimates, comparing budgets with actual current position. The module also includes tools issuing functionality using bar codes or RFID.
WORK CARD RECORDING
The module enables you to bar-code all work cards, delivering a simple and reliable method for capturing work-in-progress data. As each task, work card, operation or activity is performed, the data is captured by scanning or by direct entry into a tablet or PC. The information collected includes job number, employee number, materials used, start and finish times, etc. enabling fast and efficient analysis of the task’s progress.v
MATERIAL AND MULTIPLE TASK TRACKING
The Base Maintenance module tracks and reports all issues and returns around the work order, monitoring current works order status and preventing issues to the works order after the planned closure date. For task tracking, your teams can log on to individual or multiple tasks. Each task is annotated in real-time displays to show multiple allocations. Total task time is apportioned pro-rata according to the estimated labour/inspection times.
MAINTENANCE FINDINGS & MANAGEMENT MONITORING
Manage defects at time of discovery, track maintenance findings and deliver graphical displays, reports, and standardised exports for timely management monitoring across all open, suspended and closed tasks. Defects become visible at the earliest possible stage, allowing early management intervention and mitigation of costs and service disruption events. Employee booking histories allow analysis and identification of best practice and assist in identifying training needs.
