cause, starts costing money, possibly disrupting operational schedules, and impacting other tasks that were
dependent on the maintenance tasks being competed on time.
REAL-TIME CONTROL AND VISIBILITY OF:
ORDERS
Manage purchase, repair, loan and service exchange orders for aircraft parts and services all from the OASES Materials Management module. The software provides all forms including orders, serviceable tags and release documentation which can be automatically emailed, printed to PDF, or to thermal transfer printers. Invoice-passing routines provide flexibility, while ensuring that payments are only authorised where they comply with user-defined business rules.
STOCK
The module can report on all stock and material values against specific works orders, stock groups, warehouses etc. and supports use of multiple currencies, automatically converted (via customer-controlled currency database). The module monitors, and may trigger the production of re-ordering or stock transfer alert reports. Management reports cover shelf-life control, stocktaking, stock valuation and the financial analysis of material usage.
SHORTAGES
Fully integrated inventory management/ material requirements; tracked from initial creation through each stage to completion and financial reconciliation. Automatic shortage management ensures that all outstanding requirements are visible at all times. Planned maintenance, pre-allocated items remain visible and can be released if a higher priority event occurs (AOG). A new shortage is then automatically generated and intelligently routed to the appropriate section.
LOANS & TOOLS
The system automatically maintains a log of all parts (loaned in or out) improving control. The Materials Management module also allows full control of the tooling required to carry out maintenance tasks and can issue and receipt tools to and from individual staff members. RFID tagging, if required, automatically issues and receipts tools into the tooling stores and allow tools to be located in the hangar.
WARRANTY MANAGEMENT
Optimise the value of claimable warranty for aircraft and stock parts. Monitor all warranties through a single screen; customisable to your own vendor accounts or aircraft fleet, with all necessary data in one place. Identify vendors or repair stations with low performance on warranty claim response to increase your likelihood of successful claims.
