For the Commsoft customers she serves, Milena is the mastermind behind all things OASES. Her strategy includes assisting customers in optimising their OASES system and accompanying them on their future journeys as OASES continues to evolve. She joins OASES from the SaaS security company, HID Global, bringing with her over 7 years’ experience of best practice for enhancing CX though seamless and directional processes. Milena leads the Customer Success team with the strong belief that the term ‘Customer Centricity’ is now more important than ever in the post-pandemic business climate.
