Paul helps guide the future of OASES; evaluating strategic direction to develop a robust new business pipeline. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the aviation industry and beyond, having held senior positions at IBS Software Services, SITA, and latterly as a Sales Business Development consultant at Accenture.

Saidhar heads up the commercial function at OASES, leading the Business Development and Customer Success departments. Saidhar has prior experience working at Rusada where he spent 9 years; his last role being Head of Sales for APAC and the Middle East. He has extensive background in MRO, having started his career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer before moving to the supplier side of the business with Capgemini and Cognizant.

As the Head of the Project Management Office, Martyn is responsible for overseeing all of the projects undertaken by the OASES team.

Iulia looks after the Implementation team and oversees all Professional Services projects and processes.

Obi joins OASES with 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, including commercial and operations roles at British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Nigeria, Dana Air, and Green Africa in Nigeria. Obi oversees the day-to-day operations of OASES, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency.

Andrew leads OASES' Product Management function, bringing to bear his substantial industry and software knowledge.

Jose heads up our Engineering team at OASES. He has vast experience in this field and drives constant improvement with every iteration of the technology underpinning the OASES software.

Charlie leads the Marketing and Engagement activities at OASES, looking after content creation, social media and our learning networking platform, OASES Academy. Charlie has extensive experience in the software space, having spent ten years at Apple and a further four years working for a successful startup in London. He brings a wealth of experience in the fields of Learning and Development, Design and Video.
